Working Methodology with Public Universities in Peru during the Pandemic—Continuity of Virtual/Online Teaching and Learning

This article describes the consultancy provided by UTEC-UNED-TECSUP University Consortium to six national universities in Peru, during COVID-19 state of emergency. action aims promote techno-pedagogical change from a face-to-face virtual/online educational context. The process consists three stages that ensured continuity service: diagnosis, design, and training, strengthen instructional digital competencies, support, monitoring. It includes basic principles constructivist constructionist learning theories for active quality teaching agents involved, and, addition, guidelines set emerging Peruvian regulations pandemic move towards university model according times. After 157-day intervention, analysis results raises some reflections: importance socio-cultural context its influence on concept development act; distance territories where connectivity is main difficulty, institution, terms non-presential with open versatile methodologies, which anticipates long process, involves scheduled follow-up, requires fluid communication demands continuous feedback.
